How soon can I expect my iPIX photobook?

You should expect your iPIX photobook within 10 working days of receipt of your order and payment.

Deliveries within Australia use Australia Post Express service, and deliveries to New Zealand use regular Australia Post service.

How is the photobook packaged and delivered?

iPIX photobooks are packed with care and in specially designed packages to allow for maximum protection of your photobooks during their delivery. They are then delivered using Australia Post /Australia Post Express service.

Can I follow the status of my order?

iPIX sends several status notifications to your nominated email address to keep you informed of your order status. Should there be any delays we will also inform you as soon as possible. You may also log into ‘my account’ at http://www.xbook.com.au/DownloadSoftware-Europcar.aspx and follow the status of your order.
