Changes to Pick-Up Location at Auckland Domestic Airport
Europcar operates just a short distance from the terminal at an off-airport location, less than 5 minutes away. To help you reach the Europcar office, we offer a complimentary shuttle service.
After collecting your baggage, please follow these steps to catch the Europcar shuttle Call our office at 093938456 and let us know you're ready for a Europcar shuttle pick-up.
If you are not arriving from a flight, please make your way directly to the Europcar office at the below address:
Europcar 25A Laurence Stevens Drive, Auckland Airport, New Zealand.
Shuttle Pick-Up Instructions:
After collecting your baggage, please follow the steps below to catch the Europcar shuttle to our rental location:
- Call the Europcar shuttle service on 093938456 as soon as you have your baggage and are ready for pick-up.
- Walk to the Jetstar end of the Domestic terminal.
- Exit through door 10 (opposite the Jetstar luggage terminal).
- Cross the road via the pedestrian crossing and wait for the Europcar shuttle van at the bus shelter at the Off Airport Pick-Up point.
- When the Europcar shuttle arrives, the driver will assist you with your baggage, loading it into the back of the van or trailer.
The shuttle will take you to our rental office, approximately 5 minutes away from the Auckland Domestic Terminal (traffic conditions may affect the time slightly).
If you need further assistance locating the shuttle pick up area, please ask at the Airport Information Desk.
Note: This does not apply to the International Terminal airport pickups- If you are flying international and picking your vehicle up international airport location, please disregard these instructions.
Returning your vehicle:
Please return your vehicle to the following address:
Europcar Auckland Domestic Airport 25A Laurence Stevens Drive, Auckland Airport, New Zealand.
A Shuttle bus service will be operating to take you back to the domestic terminal if required.
Shuttle bus Operating hours:
7:30am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday
8:00am - 5:00pm Weekends & Public Holidays
Returns outside these hours must be made to Auckland International Airport, where you can catch the Inter-terminal
bus service to the Domestic Airport.
