UPDATE ON CYCLONE AFFECTED AREAS
Europcar is aware and continuing to monitor the Tropical Cyclone Alfred event in Queensland and Northern New South Wales. Whilst the situation has eased, we are continuing to monitor locations and updating when and if needed. Safety of our staff and customers remains a priority with the ongoing impacts to the region.
PLEASE NOTE: Our customer service team is facing a high volume of enquiries and delays. Please ensure you are prioritising your safety and do not travel if it is unsafe to do so. We will get back to all enquiries as soon as possible. We understand there may be outstanding concerns, please rest assured the team will be in touch.
Returning Your Vehicle
If you are unable to return your vehicle due to the below location closes, we ask that you retain your vehicle until such time as it is safe for the location to reopen.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding and current or future bookings, please contact our customer service team on 1300 13 13 90.
We ask customers to avoid any floodwater, and If it becomes unsafe to return a vehicle that is due back to Europcar we ask the customer to retain the vehicle until it is safe to do so, even if the station remains open.
