Have you rented a car with Europcar but noticed missing Miles on your account? No worries—follow these simple steps to process your claim.
If your claim is valid and your rental qualifies for Miles credit, the missing Miles will be credited to your account.
Step 1
Visit our
Contact Us page.
Step 2
On the "Contact Us" page: Select the "By email" tab
Choose the "Loyalty Program" option.
Complete all the required fields.
IMPORTANT: Provide detailed and accurate information in the "Comments" section to help us process your claim efficiently. Be sure to include: Loyalty program name, Membership number, Country of rental, Booking number, Pick-up and return dates, Pick-up and return station(s).
Step 3
Attach a copy of your rental agreement in the "Additional Information" section.
Step 4
Once all fields are complete, click Submit.
Europcar will review your request and ensure your missing Miles are credited if your claim is eligible.
